On today's episode meet Lori Sakoda. Lori is a research scientist in the Division of Research at Kaiser Permanente Northern California, and Associate Professor of Health Systems Science at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School Of Medicine. Her research interests currently encompass identifying genetic and environmental determinants of risk in prognoses for cancer, particularly of lung cancer. Lori received her Master of Public Health and Epidemiology degrees from the University of California Berkeley, and her PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Washington.
